What better way to launch or celebrate your business success than to treat your staff and clients to a few celebratory drinks. Whether it is a gin bar or prosecco bar or even a beer on-tap bar… we will listen to your requirements and find the perfect package to suit your needs.
Our Corporate Packages
Standard Inclusions
All Packages
- A choice of indoor and/or Horse Box Bar
- A choice of draught and bottled beer, a large selection of spirits, including a wide range of gins and whisky, red, white and rose wine, prosecco and champagne (bespoke specific brands can be sourced on request)
- Bar set up
- Qualified bar staff (minimum of 2)
- A choice of glasses/disposable glasses
- Hoshizaki ice machine with smart technology making ice with absolutely no impurities
- Fresh and dried fruits for garnish
- An occasional License
- The licensing laws in Scotland require each booking to have an occasional license to sell alcohol, therefore we require a minimum of 45 days notice in order to ensure we have the license for your chosen date.
CASH BAR
Desert Orchid
Nice and simple. Your guests pay for their own drinks, wines, beers, spirits and soft drinks by cash or card (no fees when paying by card).
SUBSIDISED BAR
Nijinsky
You can provide a certain amount of complimentary drinks and then your guests can buy whatever else they would like to drink.
PRE-PAID-BAR
Papillion
Your guests won’t pay for a drink when you offer an open bar. You either pay a fixed cost per head or run a tab for the duration of the event..
BESPOKE BAR
Red Rum
You tell us what you want and we will endeavour to get it for you. This can include specialist spirits, cocktails, welcome drinks, table wine and champagne/prosecco for toasting.
PACKAGE 5
Christmas Bookings
We are available all year round to help you celebrate any special occasion, however the festive seasons does get booked up very quickly, please get in touch to secure your date.
